Software maintenance
All software developed and installed by Athelia comes with corrective, functional upgrades and maintenance services. Athelia’s software maintenance service program is available for all our applications and customers.
Hardware maintenance
In compliance with our hot line and software maintenance support, Athelia also provides maintenance services for hardware covered during its warranty period. An integral part of all customer service support, Athelia’s technical team works with its customers and their applications throughout the period of the maintenance contract.
